Terms and conditions of this site are basically that we all treat each other how we want to be treated. If a certain user repeatedly causes disruptive actions, he will be notified by email, if possible. Failure to amend their actions could easily result in an account deletion.

(Please don't note that there is no system in place to stop that user from simply recreating their account.)
